With a single line of code, you are able to embed your TrackerRMS Support Portal into your own website, retaining the same web address and branding of your company site.
How it works
By inserting standard HTML code into your website, or instructing your web development company to do the same, you can begin sharing knowledge and submitting tickets immediately.
The Support Potal is embedded using an <iframe/> tag which essentially placed a website powered by TrackerRMS into an existing web page on your website. Ideally you would create a new page called something like “trackerrms_support.html” and place the code within that page. In order to ensure that the page width and height make it easy for customers to view and use the Portal, we recommend a minimum height of 600px and minimum width of 700px although this can be increased as required depending on your website design:
For US users

Please note: that the code xyz needs to be replaced with the prefix for your own dedicated portal. This can be obtained from your Account Manager or via Support on email@example.com
